Women Run at Twilight Meet

ELSAH, IL -- The Blackburn College Women's Cross Country team took part in the Principia College Twilight Meet and came away with a third place finish. 

Junior Gracie Jent led the way for the Beavers, running the 6k course in 32:30.00. 

Freshman Sophia Palmier was next with a time of 33:13.20. Freshman Mary Ahrens finished a minute later, 34.25.20.

Freshman Hunter Kirk and Kaitlyn Garland rounded out the competitors. 

The cross country team returns to action Friday, October 17 at the Bradley Pink & White Classic.
