Women's Golf Competes in Spring Opener

The Blackburn Women's Golf Team competed in the County Club Classic at the Jacksonville County club. This was the first spring match for the Beavers. It was a cool windy day which made it hard for all competitors. 

This was a five-team event including Illinois college (1st place), Wheaton College (2nd place), John A. Logan CC (3rd place), Concordia Wisconsin (4th place), and Blackburn College (5th place). 

The Beavers were led by Tess Saathoff who finished 14th overall shooting a 92 on the day. Miriam Wali-Uddin followed with a 108. Sakura Fagen shot a 140. Karlee Herman and Autumn Wilson made their collegiate debut scoring a 145 and a 154 for Blackburn.
