Kenadee Frey Named SLIAC Player of the Week

BELLEVILLE, IL -- Sophomore Kenadee Frey was named the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Hitter of the Week after a standout performance for the Beavers while the team was in Florida for their spring break trip. 

Frey finished the wek with six hits, five runs, and seven runs batted in. She added a double and posted four home runs during the week to give her five on the season, which already surpasses her total from last season. She finished the week batting .333 with a slugging percentage of 1.056. 

She was key in the team's victory over St. Lawrence University as she belted two home runs in the win and finished with two hits two runs and four rbi's. She added a homer in the win over Plymouth State University and another one against Macalester College. 

The Beavers return to action this week and return to their home field for doubleheaders against Maranatha Baptist University on Friday and Saturday.
