Men's Golf Competes in Prairie Fire Fall Classic

GALESBURG, IL -- Blackburn College Men's Golf took part in the Praire Fire Fall Classic Saturday and Sunday at the Soangetaha Country Club hosted by Knox College. 

Senior Kevin Hall led the Beavers with a final two day score of 156, posting an 81 on day one then followed it with a 75 on day two. His score placed him 16th overall.

Senior Nick Rosborough and Talon Horton tied for second among the team with scores of 179. The rounds marked the end of Rosborough's career at Blackburn as he graduates at the end of the fall semester. 

Senior Jacob Sauvage and Ryan Farris rounded out the team's scorers. 

With the end of the event, the fall season comes to a close. The men's golf team will resume play in the spring.
